vakṣyamāṇasakṛtprasekasya nāmagotrādibhir guṇair viśiṣṭasyodakadānasyāsamānagotreṣu mātāmahādiṣv atideśam āha |
He states the extension of the water offering, which is characterized by qualities such as the [mention of] name and gotra and which involves pouring once as will be mentioned, to those of a different gotra such as the maternal grandfather and others:
