lepaḥ kāñcikasampiṣṭastailayuktaḥ śirortinut
vastrapūtaṃ kṣipet koṣṇaṃ mindhūtthaṃ karṇaśūlanut
applied as a paste with fermented sour gruel and ambaṣṭhā, combined with oil, relieves headache.
Warm rock-salt water filtered through cloth and dropped [into the ear] relieves earache.
