yāmye maṇḍapamīśe vā pratyagdvāraikatoraṇaṃ /
vidhāya dvārapūjādi sthaṇḍile mantrapūjanaṃ(4) //
Having erected a pavilion in the south or northeast, with a single archway and a west-facing entrance,
and having performed the worship of the doorway and other rites, [one should perform] the worship of the mantras on a bare mound.
