cāpābhaṃ vajranāgābhaṃ(3) purārambhe hi śāntikṛt //
A city resembling the point of a diamond needle is undesirable, as is one with junctions of two or three roads at once; / one resembling a bow or a vajranāga brings peace at the commencement of a city.
