prārcya viṣṇu harārkādīnnatvā dadyād baliṃ balī(4) /
āgneye svarṇakarmārān(5) purasya viniveśayet //

Having first worshipped Viṣṇu, Śiva, the Sun, and others, and having bowed, the strong [king] should offer an oblation. / One should settle goldsmiths in the south-east of the city;
