caturdaśasahasrāṇi yojanānāñca dikṣu ca /
indrādilokapālānāṃ samantāt brahmaṇaḥ puraḥ //
Measuring fourteen thousand yojanas, and in the cardinal directions / all around the city of Brahmā are [the cities] of the guardians of the worlds, headed by Indra.
