riktāṃ pañcadaśīṃ bhaumaṃ prārcya vāṇīṃ hariṃ śriyaṃ /
māghādimāsaṣatke tu(1) makhalābandhanaṃ śubhaṃ //
Having first worshipped Vāṇī, Hari, and Śrī on empty [tithis], the fifteenth, and Tuesday, / the tying of the girdle [for investiture] is auspicious during the six months starting with Māgha.
