aṣṭarandhrāgnihīnaḥ(3) syādadhaḥ saikarasāṣṭakaiḥ /
madhyo hīnaḥ ṣaṣṭihato(4) labdhayuktastathopari //
It should be diminished by three hundred and ninety-eight; below [it is] with eight, six, and one;
the middle, diminished, multiplied by sixty, and added to the quotient, so too above.
