kulīro makaraś caiva tulāmeṣādayaś carāḥ /
carakāryaṃ jayaṃ kāmamācarecca śubhaśubham //
Cancer, Capricorn, Libra, Aries, and so forth are movable;
in them one should undertake movable undertakings, victory, desired ends, and both auspicious and inauspicious deeds.
