sthiro vṛṣo hariḥ kumbho vṛścikaḥ sthirakāryake /
śīghraḥ samāgamo nāsti rogārto nauva mucyate //

Taurus, Leo, Aquarius, and Scorpio are fixed; in a fixed undertaking [they are used].
[Under them] there is no swift arrival, and one stricken with sickness is not released.
