pitrostu narake dṛṣṭvā vijayārtiṃ yame gatā /
mṛgayāmāgataṃ proce mucyate narakāt kathaṃ //
Having seen the torment of her parents in hell, Vijayā went to Yama / and said to him as he arrived from hunting: 'How may [they] be freed from hell?'
