āvāṇe cāṣṭamī kṛṣṇā tathāṣāḍhe ca pūrṇimā /
kārttike phālgune tadvaj jyaiṣṭhe pañcadaśī tathā //
the eighth of the dark fortnight in Śrāvaṇa, and the full moon day in Āṣāḍha; / likewise in Kārttika and Phālguna, and the fifteenth [lunar day] in Jyaiṣṭha.
