udaraṃ ca tathā pṛṣṭhaṃ bāhurujānupādakaṃ /
mudrāṃ dattvā smaret viṣṇuṃ japtvāṣṭaśatamarcayet //
The belly, the back, the arms, the thighs, the knees, and the feet. / Presenting the ritual gesture, meditating on Viṣṇu, and reciting [the mantra] one hundred and eight times, one should worship.
