bhūmiṃ pādair vinighnantyo dīnā bhītā bhayāvahāḥ /
ārdrāṅgyo hṛṣṭaromāś ca śṛgalagnamṛdaḥ śubhāḥ //
Cows striking the ground with their feet, wretched and frightened, bring fear. / Those whose limbs are wet, whose hair stands on end, and who have mud sticking to their horns, are auspicious.
