gṛhītamūlyaṃ yaḥ paṇyaṃ kreturnaiva prayacchati /
sodayantasya dāpyo 'sau diglābhaṃ vā digāgate //
He who does not deliver the merchandise to the buyer after receiving the payment / must be made to deliver it to him with interest, or with the foreign profit if it has arrived from another country.
