vikrītamapi vikreyaṃ pūrve kretaryagṛhṇati /
hāniścet kretṛdoṣeṇa kretureva hi sā bhavet //
Even if sold, [the goods] may be resold if the first buyer does not accept [them]; / if loss occurs through the fault of the buyer, that loss indeed falls upon the buyer alone.
