randhroparandhrayordvau dvau dvau dvau mastakavakṣasoḥ /
prayāṇe ca lalāṭe ca kaṇṭhāvartāḥ śubhā daśa //
Two whorls each on the nostrils and upper nostrils, two each on the crown of the head and the chest, / one on the seat of the saddle and one on the forehead, and two on the neck: these ten whorls are auspicious.
