kuliśaṃ śaktidaṇḍau ca khaḍgapāśadhvajau gadāṃ /
śūlaṃ cakraṃ yajet padmaṃ pūvvādau devamarcya ca //
One should worship the thunderbolt, the spear and the staff, the sword, the noose, the banner, the mace, / the trident, the discus, and the lotus, beginning in the east, having worshipped the god.
