phalaṃ yannāpyate yajñair dhāma kṛtvā tadāpyate /
devāgāre kṛte sarvatīrthasnānaphalaṃ labhet //
The fruit which is not obtained through sacrifices is obtained by making a dwelling [for God]. / When an abode for God is built, one obtains the fruit of bathing at all sacred fords.
