āhutvaitānasantarpya prāsādādīnna kārayet /
brahamasthāne hariṃ lakṣmīṃ gaṇaṃ paścāt samarcayet //
Without offering to these and propitiating them, one should not construct a temple or other buildings. / Afterwards, one should worship Hari, Lakṣmī, and the Gaṇa in the Brahmā-position.
