jhakāraṃ karayor nyasya pāṇitattvaṃ vicakṣaṇaḥ /
jakāraṃ padayor nyasya chaṃ pāyau camupasthake //
The discerning one, having deposited the syllable 'jha', the principle of hands, in the two hands;
having deposited the syllable 'ja' in the two feet, [deposits] 'cha' in the anus and 'ca' in the genitals.
