aṇḍordhvaṃ kalaśaṃ nyasya tadūrdhvaṃ vinyaseddhvajaṃ /
vimbārdhamānaṃ daṇḍasya(2) tribhāgenātha kārayet //
Placing the pot above the dome, one should place the banner above that. / Then one should make the staff measuring half the disk, or a third [thereof].
