daṇḍāgrāddharaṇīṃ yāvaddhastaikaṃ vistareṇa tu /
mahādhvajaḥ sarvadaḥ syātturyāṃśāddhīnatorcitaḥ //
Reaching from the tip of the staff to the ground, and one cubit in width: / such a great banner would bestow all [wishes]; one smaller than a fourth part is [merely] worshipped.
