kṣaumādyaiś ca dhvajaṃ kuryādvicitraṃ vaikavarṇakaṃ(3) /
ghaṇṭācāmarakiṅkiṇyā bhūṣitaṃ pāpanāśanaṃ //
One should make the banner of linen or the like, multicolored or of a single color, / adorned with bells, chowries, and small jingling bells, destroying sins.
