kṛtvāṣṭau sthaṇḍilān ramyān saikatān deśikottamaḥ /
varuṇasyeti mantreṇa sājyamaṣṭaśataṃ tataḥ //
Having prepared eight pleasant sandy mounds, the excellent spiritual master
[should offer] one hundred and eight [oblations] with clarified butter using the mantra beginning with "Of Varuṇa".
