triśālakatrayaṃ śastaṃ udakpūrvavivarjitaṃ /
yāmyāṃ paragṛhopetaṃ dviśālaṃ labhyate sadā //
A group of three wings is praiseworthy when devoid of the north and east wings;
a two-winged [house] containing houses in the south and west is always recommended.
