kalādibhūmiparyantaṃ stavaistu sakalo yataḥ /
nirādhārātha sādhārā dīkṣāpi dvividhā matā //
Since the sakala is [bound] up to the realm of kalā and the rest, [initiation is taught] by praises. / Initiation is also considered twofold: unsupported (nirādhārā) and supported (sādhārā).
