hṛtsampuṭitamantreṇa recakena vidhānavit /
śiṣyasya hṛdayāmbhojakarṇikāyāṃ vinikṣipet //
the knower of rites, by means of an exhalation / with the mantra enclosed in the heart, should cast it into the pericarp of the disciple's heart-lotus.
