bālabāliśavṛddhastrībhogabhugvyādhitātmanāṃ /
yathāśakti dadītārthaṃ(2) samarthasya samagrakān //
For children, fools, the aged, women, worldly enjoyers, and the sick, / he should give wealth according to ability; for the capable, all of it.
