sūtrādādāya oṃ hāṃ hrūṃ hrāṃ hāṃ(1)
pratiṣṭhākalāpāśāya nama ity anenodbhavamudrayā recakena kumbhe
samāropayet oṃ hāṃ hrīṃ pratiṣṭhākalāpāśāya nama ity
anenārcayitvā sampūjya svāhāntenāhutīnāṃ trayeṇa sannidhāya
tataḥ oṃ hāṃ viṣṇave nama iti viṣṇumāvāhya sampūjya

taking it from the thread with 'oṃ hāṃ hrūṃ hrāṃ hāṃ pratiṣṭhākalāpāśāya namaḥ', one should deposit it into the pot by exhalation with the manifestation gesture. Having worshipped it with 'oṃ hāṃ hrīṃ pratiṣṭhākalāpāśāya namaḥ', having venerated it, and having brought it into presence with three oblations ending in svāhā; then having invoked Viṣṇu with 'oṃ hāṃ viṣṇave namaḥ', having worshipped him and gratified him:
