atha tatra kṣaṇaṃ sthitvā bhrāmayet(4) paritaḥ puraṃ /
siñcan sīmantacihnāni yāvadīśānagocaraṃ //
Then, staying there for a moment, he should circumambulate around the town,
sprinkling boundary-marks as far as the domain of Īśāna [northeast].
