nairṛtyāṃ kṣepayenmṛtsnāṃ khāte kumbhajalaṃ kṣipet /
purasya pūrvasīmantaṃ(3) nayed yāvadabhīpsitaṃ //
He should throw the earth toward the southwest, and pour the pitcher's water into the pit
He should lead it to the eastern boundary of the town, as far as desired.
