dehe pañcatvam āpanne dehī karmānugo 'vaśaḥ /
dehāntaram anuprāpya prāktanaṃ tyajate vapuḥ //
39. The body dissolved, the Jiva in the body gets under the force of Karma which is beyond his control, and obtaining (mentally) another, leaves the old one (that is about to fall off).
