tasmāt sarvātmanā tāta nigṛhāṇa mano dhiyā /
mayy āveśitayā yukta etāvān yoga-saṅgrahaḥ //
61. Therefore, O child (father), make every effort to control the mind, by centering all thy thought on Me; and this is in brief all Yoga.
