jñātayo 'tithayas tasya vāṅ-mātreṇāpi nārcitāḥ /
śūnyāvasatha ātmāpi kāle kāmair anarcitaḥ //
7. Neither relations nor guests were honoured by him, even by word of mouth; he dwelt in a house unknown to all religious activities and did not gratify himself in time with the desired things (pleasures).
