pātālam etasya hi pādamūlaṃ paṭhanti pārṣṇiprapade rasātalam /
mahātalaṃ viśvasṛjo 'tha gulphau talātalaṃ vai puruṣasya jaṅghe //
26. Patala is, indeed, the sole of His feet; Rasatala His heels and the forepart of His feet; and Mahatala is the ankle of the creator of all, and Talatala His shanks.
