śrotavyaḥ kīrtitavyaśca smartavyaścecchatābhayam //
5. Therefore, O Bharata, the glorious Hari, the ruler of all (all-Atman ), ought to be heard about, talked about and remembered by one that desires the fearless state of Moksha.
