kuśāḥ kāśās ta evāsan śaśvad-dharita-varcasaḥ /
ṛṣayo yaiḥ parābhāvya yajña-ghnān yajñam ījire //

30. And it is they that have grown in the form of the ever green Kusa and Kasa with which the Rishis defeated the destroyers of sacrifices and worshipped Yagna (Vishnu).
