/0 śrī-bhagavān uvāca
yoga ādhyātmikaḥ puṃsāṃ mato niḥśreyasāya me /
atyantoparatir yatra duḥkhasya ca sukhasya ca //

13. The Lord said :—In my opinion the Yoga of devotion to Atman is, for men, the way to Moksha (the eternal weal); by means of which (Yoga) pleasure and pain completely cease to be.
