tam imaṃ te pravakṣyāmi yam avocaṃ purānaghe /
ṛṣīṇāṃ śrotu-kāmānāṃ yogaṃ sarvāṅga-naipuṇam //

14. O sinless mother, I will tell you of this Yoga which of old I taught to the Rishis desirous of learning it and which in all its parts is powerful enough to secure perfect concentration.
