kṣut-pipāse tataḥ syātāṃ samudras tv etayor abhūt /
athāsya hṛdayaṃ bhinnaṃ hṛdayān mana utthitam //

60. And there appeared Hunger and Thirst, from which the sea took its origin. Next His heart was formed, out of which the mind issued forth.
