yadā manaḥ svaṃ virajaṃ yogena susamāhitam /
kāṣṭhāṃ bhagavato dhyāyet sva-nāsāgrāvalokanaḥ //
12. When, by means of yoga, his mind has become pure and perfectly steady, he should contemplate the form of the glorious Lord fixing his look at the tip of his nose.
