ahaṃ sarveṣu bhūteṣu bhūtātmāvasthitaḥ sadā /
tam avajñāya māṃ martyaḥ kurute 'rcā-viḍambanam //
21. I am always present in all beings as the soul of them all; (but) the mortal neglects Me so present and makes a sham of worshipping idols.
