tasyaitasya jano nūnaṃ nāyaṃ vedoru-vikramam /
kālyamāno 'pi balino vāyor iva ghanāvaliḥ //

1. Kapila said:—This (ignorant) creature does not certainly understand the great power of that time (the Lord), just as clouds do not know the power of the mighty Vāyu though they are being drifted by him.
