dakṣāya brahma-putrāya prasūtiṃ bhagavān manuḥ /
prāyacchad yat-kṛtaḥ sargas tri-lokyāṃ vitato mahān //

11. The Manu gave Prasūti to Daksha the son of Brahma; the creation that propagated through them is of very great extent in the three worlds.
