rañjayiṣyati yal lokam ayam ātma-viceṣṭitaiḥ /
athāmum āhū rājānaṃ mano-rañjanakaiḥ prajāḥ //
15. For the reason that he intended (tried) to delight the world by his deeds fascinating to every mind, people called him the Rājan.
