anena puruṣo dehān upādatte vimuñcati /
harṣaṃ śokaṃ bhayaṃ duḥkhaṃ sukhaṃ cānena vindati //

75. It is by this the Jīva is said to assume or cast off a body and it is by means of this he is subject to the experience of joy, sorrow, fear, misery and happiness.
