śraddhāya vākyaṃ devarṣer harṣa-vegena dharṣitaḥ /
vārtā-hartur atiprīto hāraṃ prādān mahā-dhanam //

38. Through faith in the words of the divine sage and over come by the intense feeling of joy, he was infinitely pleased with the person who brought the news and presented him with a very precious necklace of pearls.
