Bhagavatapurana 6.10.25

6.10.25

na te śastrāstravarṣaughā hy āseduḥ surasainikān /
chinnāḥ siddhapathe devairlaghuhastaiḥ sahasradhā //

25. But those torrents of weapons and missiles did not indeed reach the battalions of the celestial force; and those were cut into thousand pieces in the sky (on the way) by the quick-handed gods.
