sargaṃ prajeśarūpeṇa dasyūn hanyāt svarāḍvapuḥ /
kālarūpeṇa sarveṣāmabhāvāya pṛthag guṇaḥ //

9. He carries on the work of creation in the form of Prajapati (Progenitor); destroys the rogues as King and in the form of Time of various qualities (characteristics) He also acts as the destroyer of all.
